Hello! I just wanted to take a moment to welcome you to my store and mention a few things about my shipping policies.
Every item sold is shipped to its new home via Priority Mail from the U.S. Post Office. They are insured for the full replacement value. Should there be an issue with your package, be sure to contact me right away so that we may resolve any issues.
Are you local to the San Fernando Valley? Well then, you can avoid shipping costs all together! Simply use the code SFVPICKUP at checkout and postage will be waived. I will email you and arrange a (COVID Safe!) meetup where I can hand over the goodies! In the case of items that include the shipping in the price, I will refund the appropriate amount to your credit card after we arrange said meet up.
Finally, all orders are fulfilled and in the mail within two to three days. I am just one guy here running the show and I appreciate your patience!
