"The Assimilation of George Bennings" (inspired by John Carpenter's "The Thing")
This Halloween-ish Mini Portrait pays tribute to what I feel is one of the most iconinc images from John Carpenter's classic "The Thing"; the reveal of the Bennings "Thing" in mid assimilation. It is such a great creepy understated moment with just a little mood lighting, fogged breath, and the stunt gloves from the to-be-seen-later Palmer "Thing".
